We worked closely with the company who specialises in software for hair salons to create an App for Kawsa with a loyalty programme that allowed customers to record product purchases and be rewarded with a free product on their 6th purchase. 

THE OUTCOME

Take home product sales are moving off the shelves at a steady pace and have grown 12% in the first year, and 15% the following year. Salon bookings have also increased as the Kawsa App also allows customers to book their appointments via smartphones and tablets.
